Course Registration

To register for a particular class:

• Fill out the registration form and
• • Fax to (281) 316-3616; or
  • Mail to JMB HAZMAT Consulting and Training Services

Payment Options

JMB HAZMAT accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for your convenience.  If paying by check, please make check payable to JMB HAZMAT Consulting and Training Services.  We will also accept your purchase order, and invoice accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

The full amount of tuition will be refunded for cancellations received at least 10 business days before class Start Date.  Cancellations received 5 - 9 business days before class Start Date will be refunded at 50% of the tuition.  Refunds will not be granted for cancellations received less than 5 business days before the class Start Date or for "no shows".

Substitutions may be made any time prior to the beginning of the class.

In the event of a class cancellation JMB HAZMAT's only responsibility will be to refund the full amount of course tuition.  If you prefer, the amount may be applied to the prepayment of another JMB HAZMAT class.
